Solutions have been national advisers to the UK ambulance service since 1997 when they were called upon by the H.S.E. to give guidance to ambulance trusts that had been either prosecuted or received improvement notices from the H.S.E. in respect of non-compliance with the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992.

Conflict Resolution − Online & Tutor Led Training
We have been a key training partner providing tailored training programmes to many private and public ambulance services, and universities throughout the UK for over 30 years.
Our training has evolved since our initial engagement on this topic when we were approached by West Midland Ambulance Trust who had a requirement to train every member of staff on how to avoid, resolve or control conflict situations. This training was extremely successful and resulted in a 31% reduction in reported incidents relating to staff being abused, threatened, or assaulted at work in the subsequent two years.

Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS) − Online Stroke Training
Traditional Stroke Training (the FAST test) can miss up to 20% of strokes. Our ASLS training reduces the risk of that happening by teaching its learners how to conduct the MEND (Miami Emergency Neurological Deficit) exam confidently and correctly. This is typically conducted after the FAST test and reduces the chances of missing a stroke.
Our course was developed in conjunction with the University of Miami, and the NHS and our training certificates are endorsed by the UK Stroke Forum and the University of Miami.
