Urban Hygiene expand in difficult times
20 April 2009
The worldwide supplier of anti graffiti coatings and graffiti removal agents, recently expanded its' headquarters to new buildings at Robin Hood Airport in South Yorkshire.
The company decided to make the move now, despite the economic downturn saying that “business is great for us at the moment and because of increased market penetration we simply must have more space”. Urban Hygiene bought the building outright, further cementing their commitment to Robin Hood Airport and Doncaster as its' UK and Worldwide commercial hub.
Located at Sky Business Park, the new headquarters provide Urban Hygiene with a purpose built facility that includes more than 3,000 square feet of additional space to accommodate the companys' anticipated growth. "This advantageous move allows us to expand our operations at a per square foot cost of less than what we currently pay at our existing facility. This was made possible as a result of the weak commercial real estate market in much of the United Kingdom at the present time," said Director of Urban Hygiene, Roy Johnson. "The move provides high-quality, optimised space in what we believe to be a world-class location that will enable our organisation to continue to focus on and pursue our strategic growth initiatives."
