Simplified wiring with retro-reflective muting barriers
14 September 2007
Janus MTRX from Reer
The new JANUS MTRX from Reer has a retro-reflective element on one side that requires no electrical connection. This greatly reduces installation time and the cost of wiring to both transmitter and receiver. It is also ideal for applications where one side of the machine/conveyor is difficult to access or where the width of the conveyor is adjustable.
The Janus System is also available with a dedicated muting connection box (including muting indication lamp, override key-switch, and restart button) which further improves speed of installation. This enables the system to be up and running literally minutes after removing it from its box. This system is most commonly used for palletising applications.
