Resistance thermometer fitted with USB interface
The new PT compact from Tecsis is the first resistance thermometer anywhere in the world to be fitted with a USB interface. The interface allows the user to quickly and easily program the required measuring range by use of the intuitive operating system.
All that’s required is a PC with a USB port. Programming is made by removing the measuring unit from the housing and connecting the USB cable, the housing remains in place so that the process is not interrupted.
Two versions are available. The standard range covers from –50 to 200°C and a high temperature model from-50 to 600°C (with stem extension). The latest addition incorporates all the standard features and also benefits from a stainless steel 316Ti housing.
A wide choice of stem lengths and diameters are available. It also features improved electronics with an accuracy of 0.2% of the set measurement. Typical applications include process monitoring, heating and cooling circuits, air conditioning and environment engineering.
