IR-em2 - Infrared Aspirated Environmental Monitor

IR-em2 - Infrared Aspirated Environmental Monitor

The IR-em2 offers intelligent, reliable and accurate gas monitoring for a wide range of HCFC and HFC refrigerants together with Carbon Dioxide and Ammonia.

Exclusive to the IR-em2 is the ability to monitor each zone individually for specific refrigerants therefore enabling HFC's/CO2 or ammonia/CO2 to be sampled on subsequent channels from a common IR-em2. Its high sensitivity and selectivity ensures gas leaks are detected at the earliest opportunity, therefore reducing unnecessary losses.

Common leak, spill and fault relays together with 16 individual zone relays enable easy integration of the IR-em2 into alarm and emergency ventilation systems.
MP-em - Multi Point Environmental Monitor

MP-em - Multi Point Environmental Monitor

The MP-em offers the ideal solution for multi-point monitoring for a wide range of toxic and explosive gases. As well as HCFC, HC and HFC refrigerants, Ammonia and Carbon dioxide which are encountered in the refrigeration industry other gases such as Carbon monoxide, Ethanol, Hydrogen, Natural gas, Propane and Butane can be detected.

This is a cost effective solution for multi-point monitoring of a wide range of gases and refrigerants using remotely hard wired sensors. Four and six point models are available with the ability to detect a different gas on each channel, if required.

The unit is ideally suited to small/medium sized applications where the presence of contaminant gases can be either detrimental to health, evironment or potentially explosive. Each sensor is wired back to the microprocessor based controller which provides independent status indication and alarm configuration.
SP-em - Single Point Environmental Monitor

SP-em - Single Point Environmental Monitor

The SP-em offers a range of microprocessor based detectors for single point gas monitoring. As standard, the monitoring unit comes with an internal sensor, although a range of remote sensors is also available. Typical gases monitored include HCFC, HC and HFC refrigerants, Ammonia, Carbon dioxide, Carbon monoxide, Ethanol, Hydrogen, Natural gases, Propane and Butane.

The SP-em range is a cost effective way of monitoring a single zone for gas leaks. Each SP-em unit can be configured with up to 3 alarm thresholds and features 3 corresponding SPDT relays. High intensity LED indicators provide status indication of leaks in addition to a sensor fault. The standard carbon dioxide monitoring unit will operate down to 0°C, although the low temperature model with internal heater element allows accurate detection down to environments at -30°C.

The integral units are available in IP21 and IP54 enclosures (or IP56 enclosure for the CO2 model). Remote sensor options allow the display to be located outside of the monitored space for ease of visibility. Remote sensor options include IP21 & IP54 enclosures (or IP56 enclosure for the CO2 model) together with options for monitoring pressure relief vent lines and ATEX approved housings for potentially explosive and classified zones.
SP-ir - Single Point Environmental Monitor

SP-ir - Single Point Environmental Monitor

The SP-ir provides single point gas detection using non dispersive Infrared advanced technology for HFC, HFO and CO2 refrigerants. Until now most IR based refrigerant leak detection systems have been aspirated like our IR-em2, which are more suited to medium and large installations. An SP-ir offers the accuracy and selectivity of IR technology in an easy to install single point diffusion detector.

Each detector is supplied in an IP65 rated polycarbonate encloure with high intensity LED’s to confirm operational and alarm status. Available to operate from either a 24 volt AC or 230 volt AC supply the SP-ir is supplied fully configured and ready to monitor your refrigeration system. 4 fixing screws and a power supply are required and 60 seconds later the warm-up is completed and the SP-ir is ready to detect leaking refrigerant.

Cross sensitivity and poor accuracy often associated with other technologies are overcome with the SP-ir detector to enable users to set low alarm thresholds with confidence. Fitted with an integral audible alarm and volt free alarm relays the detector can either be used as a standalone device or connected to a management system via the RS485 network interface. If an analogue output is required to monitor the gas concentration the options are 0 to 10 volt and 0 to 20mA. Each leak detector is supplied fully configured to suit the target refrigerant with the ability to operate at ambient conditions between -40°C and 40°C without loss of performance.
RD-em - Refrigerant Leak Detector
