Mobile Printing with Star Portable Printers from DED

Fast, lightweight and small. Star's new range of wireless mobile printers provide easy to use printing solutions for delivery receipts; field service estimates, reports, parts lists; inventory management schedules; mobile point of sale receipting and sales orders to name just a few applications.
The SM-S200 is a sophisticated 2 inch (48mm) mobile printer with Blue Light LCD Display. A pocket size printer capable of producing high quality output at a fast 80mm/second with Bluetooth and Serial connections as well as a cover open sensor and power save facility. The SM-S200 is ideal for the hospitality “table-side” order taking as its sleek design fits in a customer friendly environment. In addition to a print speed of 80mm per second, the SM-S200 features a magnetic stripe reader as standard.The SM-T300 is an ultra rugged 3 inch (80mm) mobile printer with LCD Display and WiFi option. With IP54 dust / splash proof certification, the SM-T300 is available with or without the magnetic stripe reader and prints at 80mm per second. The SM-T300 is ideal for applications outside such as service and delivery thanks to its rugged and splash proof design coupled with a long battery life.
The SM-S300 is a 3 inch (80mm) mobile printer, a pocket sized workhorse with an extended battery life of 10 hours with Bluetooth for wireless communication and Serial interface for printer settings and set up. With a 1 and 2 track magnetic stripe reader as standard (tracks 2 and 3 optional), the SM-S300 is capable of printing high quality receipts at 65mm per second and with the capability to be easily fastened to a belt, it provides the perfect solutions for queue management and inventory.
The SM-S400 is a 4 inch (112mm) mobile printer in a compact case with a wide 104mm output, ideal for data filled service reports, delivery notes or law enforcement parking or motoring tickets. The SM-S400 boasts a configurable Eco-Friendly Auto Power Down mode in addition to a print speed of 50mm per second, the SM-S400 also features an LCD display, magnetic stripe reader and comes as standard with a Bluetooth connection.
With operating system support for Windows 7, Vista, XP and CE, all of the portable printers in the Star Micronics range print at a resolution of 203 DPI and come with “Drop-In and Print” easy paper loading as well as an AC charger, battery pack, serial cable, sample roll and set up sheet. Options include a 4 unit battery charger, car charger, extra battery charger and extra battery pack for all models. A leather case is available for the SM-S200 and a shoulder strap is available for the SM-T300.
